What is Vision Insurance?

A health and wellness plan designed to reduce your costs for routine preventive eye care including eye exams and prescription eyewear (eyeglasses and contact lenses).

Plan Rules:

Eligibility: Eligible employees working at least 21 hours per week, spouses, and children up to age 26
Coverage through MetLife
Claims must be submitted within 90 days of service
