What is Vision Insurance?​

A health and wellness plan designed to reduce your costs for routine preventive eye care including eye exams and prescription eyewear (eyeglasses and contact lenses).

Plan Rules:

  • Eligibility: Active employees working at least 21 hours per week, spouses, and children up to age 26

  • Coverage through MetLife

  • Claims must be submitted within 90 days of service
