What is Accident Insurance?
This coverage is designed to help offset medical and out-of-pocket costs associated with unforeseen accidents. Payments made directly to you and benefits do not offset with medical insurance
Plan Rules:

Eligibility: Eligible employees working at least 21 hours per week, spouses, and children up to age 26

Coverage through Mutual of Omaha

No health questions - EVERY YEAR!!

24-hour coverage (on or off job)

Payments made directly to you and benefits do not offset with medical coverage

Coverage terminates when employee turns age 80
